INNER IGNITION TICKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT, LIABILITY WAIVER & PARTICIPANT TERMS

  INNER IGNITION PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

This agreement is entered into between the participant and Haux in Harmonie / Le Sound Temple (“Facilitators”).

By purchasing a ticket for Inner Ignition, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following terms:

1. Proprietary Experience  

I acknowledge that the Inner Ignition event, including its structure, name, content, flow, techniques, and delivery methods, is the unique intellectual property of the Facilitators.

2. Non-Replication & Non-Commercial Use  

I agree that I will not reproduce, recreate, teach, rebrand, or commercially exploit any portion of this experience, including event format, naming, or signature elements, for financial gain or public offering without prior written consent from the Facilitators.

3. Brand Protection  

I agree not to use the names “Inner Ignition,” “Haux in Harmonie,” or “Le Sound Temple,” or any confusingly similar names, in any business, offering, or promotional material.

4. Respect for Creative Integrity  

I understand that this experience is the result of original creative development. I agree to honor its integrity and not misrepresent it as my own work.

5. Remedies  

I acknowledge that violation of this agreement may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees where permitted by law.
